Abstract

This article presents a bibliometric analysis of scientific production related to the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) indexed in the SciELO database between 2009 and 2025. The study adopts a quantitative approach using bibliometric techniques and the VOSviewer software for data processing and visualization. The results identified 46 publications distributed across journals from different fields of knowledge, with a predominance of Humanities, followed by Engineering and Exact and Earth Sciences. The findings indicate stability in publication output in recent years, as well as significant thematic and institutional heterogeneity. Co-authorship networks revealed 38 clusters of researchers, highlighting collaborations related to special education and chemistry. The co-occurrence analysis identified 314 keywords organized into 32 clusters, with “higher education,” “curriculum,” “educação superior,” and “inclusive education” emerging as the most recurrent terms. The findings reinforce UFABC’s interdisciplinary and inclusive profile, as well as its contribution to the international dissemination of Brazilian scientific production through open access. As a limitation, the study relies exclusively on the SciELO database, suggesting future research using international databases and mixed methods.
