Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- It is mandatory to submit a cover letter containing the author(s) name(s).
- Articles must be novel and must not be submitted for simultaneous review in other journals or books.
- The accepted styles are APA 7th ed. and ABNT.

Revincluso accepts articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

15 page minimum and 30 page maximum, including references, illustrations, boards, tables and graphs, which must be appended in the corpus of the text. Must contain abstract (15 lines maximum describing theme, objective, method and conclusion) in Portuguese, English and Spanish, along with the titles in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Both the keywords (between three and five), which must be aligned with Thesaurus, and the titles must also be translated into Portuguese and Spanish.

Figures and graphs:
Figures and graphs must be described through alternative text.
Instructions for the insertion of alternative text in Microsoft Word (step-by-step):
1. Right-click on the picture and select “Edit Alt Text”.
2. A box will appear on the right side of the screen allowing for picture description.

For research involving human beings, the study must have an approval by a Research Ethics Committee (CEP), which must be attached to the document. According to CNS RESOLUTION NO. 510, DATED APRIL 7, 2016
Art. 1
Sole Paragraph. The following will not be registered or evaluated by the CEP/CONEP system:
I – public opinion research with unidentified participants;
II – research using publicly accessible information, in accordance with Law No. 12.527, of November 18, 2011;
III – research using public domain information;
IV – census research;
V – research using databases with aggregated information, without the possibility of individual identification; and
VI – research conducted exclusively with scientific texts for literature review;
VII – research aimed at deepening the theoretical understanding of situations that emerge spontaneously and contingently in professional practice, provided that they do not reveal data that could identify the subject; and
VIII – activities carried out exclusively for the purpose of education, teaching, or training without the goal of scientific research, conducted by undergraduate students, technical course students, or professionals in specialization programs.

Experience reports don’t require approval from the Research Ethics Committee (CEP), however if any indication is identified, the text will be analyzed by the Editorial Board.
