Abstract

This article seeks to portray the contributions of Sebrae's Ali Produtividade project to micro and small companies in the region of São Carlos, State of São Paulo. To this end, a brief literature review was carried out on the Ali Produtividade project and its impacts on small businesses. Based on a sample of companies served in the period between September 2022 and October 2023, we sought to identify and analyze the contributions brought by the Ali Produtividade project related to: challenges presented by companies, variation in productivity and maturity indicators of companies. The results made it possible to identify the size of the companies, the field of activity, the main difficulties and the positive impacts provided by the Ali Produtividade project.
