The second issue of 2024 of the "Revista de Empreendedorismo, Negócios e Inovação" (RENI) features a series of studies conducted by various researchers. The first article, by Ingrid Márcia Oliveira and Thaís Azevedo (UNIPÊ), examines E-leadership in the context of a pharmaceutical laboratory, highlighting deficiencies in motivational management and organizational climate. Another study, by Laura Fernandes and Roberto Lima (PUC de Campinas), analyzes the issuance of environmental certificates, emphasizing the ISO14001 standard and the adoption of Environmental Management Systems. Eduardo Castro and Mariana Martins (Instituto Federal de São Paulo) explore the development of business plans for individual micro-entrepreneurs aiming to participate in public procurement. Researchers such as João Silva and Ana Pereira (Fatec Osasco) and Lucas Nunes and Fernanda Souza (Universidade Federal do Piauí) discuss the use of business management and control tools. Finally, the article by Júlia Alves and Pedro Ribeiro (Universidade Comunitária da Região de Chapecó) investigates bootstrapping and innovation in the academic environment.
