This paper presents a management model that seeks to guide the decision-making within the adoption of new technologies and management methods in order to contribute significantly to achieving a competitive capacity perennial leading organizations in the state of business competitiveness. This model of manufacturing management for the competition part of the overall perception of the global standards of competitiveness required for a market to be explored by identifying clearly what the differentiating factor that creates a competitive advantage and from a systemic understanding of system operation manufacturing, develops a comparative framework that helps to choose which methods and technologies are most relevant to creating and maintaining this competitive advantage that generates the differentiating factor of this company in the marketplace, leading it then, the state’s competitiveness
