Organizational learning can be considered as a multifaceted and interdisciplinary area, and therefore is able to align with other fields of knowledge, such as entrepreneurial learning. That said, this essay aimed to present possible associations between the schools of thought of organizational learning, labeled as individual-cognitivepsychological and collective-socio-political-cultural, and entrepreneurial learning. From these associations, we also sought to establish some link between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial action. Through the proposed associations, it is believed that from the different approaches of schools of thought of organizational learning, entrepreneurial learning emerges. as a link to build relationships between the individual and the collective, through experiential, managerial, strategic, and contextual processes. Therefore, this essay allows us to see the possibility of links between the themes, although it should be understood as a reflexive and conceptual attempt to explore some aspects of these themes, without pretending to exhaust this discussion.
