To understand the technological and competitive possibilities in the field of transport due to the fact that transport involves the market, society and the government. In this research, a theoretical survey about the technological paradigm is made in order to list the main points that this concept, as well as to validate whether the hyperloop transport system can be understood as a solution is understood as paradigmatic. In addition to this consideration, a scan of the patents deposited in the trajectory of the hyperloop technology is carried out, which generate inference data and the possibility of future prospecting. To conclude this research, a comparative analysis is made with other high-speed transport technologies to extract the competitive aspects of the hyperloop over existing transport to solidify the knowledge that has about this innovative technology
