Energia “Limpa” sob Tensão
Eólica Offshore, Justiça Energética e Disputa de Poderes

A expansão dos parques eólicos offshore (PEO) no Brasil, divulgados como “energia limpa”, confronta comunidades tradicionais costeiras em razão do histórico problemático das eólicas onshore. Apesar da “limpeza” em termos de emissões, as populações locais lidam frequentemente com desigualdades: informação técnica inacessível, linguagem elitista, consultas meramente protocolares e incapacidade decisória na implementação de projetos de energia renovável. Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a inserção dos PEO através da compreensão das assimetrias de poder no contexto da justiça na transição energética.
