Abstract

The present work brings as its main theme the motivational factors of employees in a company located in the city of Santa Maria/RS, in the civil construction sector. Observing such facts, the objective of this study is to investigate the factors that lead to motivating the employees of this company in question. The methodological procedure was an applied research, exposing the objectives and approaching the problem in a quantitative way. Data collection took place through structured questionnaires with closed questions and were answered by employees available in the city on the day of application. The results of this research are presented in the form of tables that show the perception of employees regarding the factors that lead them to motivation. From the data collected, it can be seen that employees feel motivated in the organization, as on a 05-point Likert scale, the overall average was at least 4, which can be considered a great result, both on the side the employee and the employer.
