Usability And Efficiency of Digital Banking Service Application Visual Structure

The banking landscape had experienced significant changes during the last decade when new types of competitors emerged from technological developments. That said, this study aims to discuss the dynamics of this scenario, considering the need for banks to update themselves in relation to service modalities, and to adapt to the market through digital platforms. For the survey data collection, scientific articles and documents were collected, in addition to the application of a virtual questionnaire through the Google Forms platform, as well as the simple and direct observation of the graphical interface of the application used as an object of study. At the end of the research, it was pointed out how the interaction design of the graphical interface can ensure that the user can enjoy a delightful experience with its interface, in addition to pointing out the presente flaws and solving them.
