Abstract

Since 1980, the service sector has been leading the economic market. This trend has been impacting the way organizations are managed, since they started to seek to integrate their products and services (servitization) in search of a value package for the customer. However, the process of integrating products and services can prove challenging, generating costs and affecting the profitability of organizations. Therefore, a way to assist this process is in the use of roadmapping. This approach assists in management and planning, being able to identify and map strategies to minimize the impacts of this integration. In this context, a systematic literature review (RSL) was carried out to identify documents that correlate to the use of roadmapping as a support for servitization. To complement the research, the software tool, VOSviewer, was used for data analysis and presentation. At the end, a summary of the results with the selected documents was presented.
