Analysis of Marketing Software Acquisition by Startups from Pelotas - RS

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the most at the acquisition of marketing software by startups from the city of Pelotas, RS. It was also sought to assess the relevance given by managers of these companies to several marketing software types, in addition to drawing an average profile of the startups from this city. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, questionnaires were applied to 18 decision makers from startups of Pelotas, RS. At the end of the research, it was possible to identify the standard profile of startups from Pelotas, RS and how it influences the choice of new software, as well as the main marketing software used by them. The study made it possible to identify patterns in a practical and daily situation of technology companies, assisting in the development of future solutions that best suit the needs of the market.
