E-leadership, in a global scenario, as it has become a corporate trend, still presents challenges to be considered in organizations. In this sense, this study aimed to analyze how employees of the pharmaceutical laboratory Alfa in Paraíba perceive E-Leadership practices aimed at motivational management and organizational climate. Methodologically, the research adopted a qualitative approach and data collection was carried out through structured interviews applied to 09 respondents. The method used was content analysis using three categories: the application of E-leadership; the motivation of the E-leaders; and the (new) organizational climate. The results showed that, although there is communication between the company and employees, there is still a lack of a more effective methodology that makes the subordinates fully aware of the organizational climate and the motivational factors regarding the use of e-leadership in the corporate environment.
