Abstract

The general objective of this research was to analyze how the use of strategic intelligence and big data has influenced and can contribute to strategic decision-making by executives who work in an organization in the distribution of finished products. As a result of the research, it is observed that the use of big data can contribute to the use of strategic intelligence, as access to data can minimize or even mitigate any noise in the information circulating in the organization, whether received by internal or external members. It is also seen as an opportunity for executives to deepen their knowledge about strategic intelligence, its use being able to contribute to monitoring the environment and guiding actions aimed at the future of the organization itself. The results can be used as hypotheses for the development of new applications about the use of strategic intelligence and big data with strategic actions of organizations.
