Through this study, the main factors that led to the considerable increase in the number of digital micro-entrepreneurs in the city of Manaus/AM were identified and to relate these micro-entrepreneurs with the increase in informality in the virtual environment. A field study was carried out and a questionnaire was applied to Digital Microentrepreneurs to analyze what led them to open their digital commerce and which platforms are used, seeking to understand what prevents them from regularizing themselves as Individual Microentrepreneurs through MEI or ME and even EPP. 20 (Twenty) digital companies were interviewed, most of which do not have tax registration, in the city of Manaus/AM. The objective of this work is to examine the increase in digital micro-entrepreneurs in recent years and what is the relationship between this increase and informal micro-entrepreneurship
