Abstract

This paper aims to analyze different servitization strategies that through direct to consumer (D2C) channels can maximize the profitability of your business. The theoretical approach discussed servitization from the perspective of D2C transactions, as a strategy to be used to maximize gains in rural businesses. The methodology adopted multiple case studies for a descriptive analysis of the results. As main results, the research provided ideas for business expansion in rural properties that seek to use services associated with products. It was concluded that using the technologies easily available today and adopting adequate communication channels, it is possible to create opportunities and promote improvements in the field of rural activities in the municipality of Toledo.
