A Case Study of the Entrepreneur's Room in the Municipality of Loanda - PR

Currently, the world has been undergoing several transformations that can foster entrepreneurial practices that stimulate local development. This article aims to analyze the impacts provided by the actions of the Entrepreneur Room in the municipality of Loanda - PR to entrepreneurs, to foster local development. The Entrepreneur Room seeks to encourage entrepreneurs to keep the company up to date and, consequently, local development in the municipality. It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, characterized as a case study, with data from semi-structured interviews with ten local entrepreneurs. The data were interpreted using the content analysis technique and the results show that in recent years the entrepreneur's room has contributed to local entrepreneurship, supporting people who wish to undertake and who do not have the necessary knowledge, which has provided enterprises with more capacity to boost local development.
