Abstract

The goal of the study is to analyze the impact of the Coworkings located in Uberlândia-MG, for companies that operate in these spaces. It was sought to understand the work routine, such as the advantages and disadvantages of working in a Coworking space and the benefits generated.The data was collected through semi-structured interviews carried out with six owners of the Coworkings and five managers of companies that are installed in these Coworkings, adding up to a total of eleven companies. The data was analyzed through the technique of content analysis.The results indicated that the Coworking spaces directly and indirectly contribute to the businesses that operate in these spaces, with cost savings and the infrastructure being the greatest benefits generated. However, understanding the characteristics of the Coworking model is one of the main difficulties for owners and acting companies
