Abstract

University-business-government cooperation and entrepreneurship are essential for innovation and economic and social development. Within universities, entrepreneurial actions are reflected through outreach actions, helping students grow. The term “entrepreneurial university” has been intensifying recently, encouraging entrepreneurial behaviour and strengthening the Triple Helix. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze university outreach actions in the field of entrepreneurship developed at a higher education institution in Presidente Prudente. This is a qualitative, descriptive study. Data collection was carried out through bibliographic and documentary research. The importance of these actions for student development and identifying entrepreneurial characteristics at the university is noted. Despite this relevance, some proposals for improvements are made to strengthen the theme further in the context of this university.
