Challenges of the use of the "corredor 415" for the creation of ecosystems of entrepreneurship and innovation on the south coast of Bahia

This article presents the study of entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems from the perspective of their applicability to the southern coast of Bahia. A curious lack of local representation was observed with regard to R&D in companies from the Ilhéus-Itabuna region Discursive textual analysis was used, based on voluntary forms and content. available virtually, to identify the discourse of the business and academic communities in the area known as "Corredor 415" and to understand the obstacles to regional development. The results shows that entrepreneurial protagonism is an essential part of building innovative activity using local academic production as a driving force, but that the region finds itself in a complex context marked by bureaucracy and lacks institutional arrangements that allow easier communication between companies and universities that could colininate in the incidence of a triple helix in the "Corredor 415”.
