Abstract

A Fulani tale collected by Amadou Hampâté Bâ, a writer, ethnologist, poet, and historian born in Mali, who was very important for his role in maintaining and transmitting the knowledge of the oral tradition of West Africa; translated by Mayara Matsu Marinho, who holds a degree in Letters - French Language and Literature, a master's degree in Translation Studies (UFSC), and is a member of the "A Tradição Viva" Collective.
